Ability Bow is joining forces with The Big Fun Run and will be providing a 30-strong team of runners for the 5k run taking part in Victoria Park on the 25th September 2010 at 11am.
All the money raised will go towards the purchase of a Powerplate machine, which is accessible to almost everyone and is especially useful for people who have health conditions or a disability. Power plate machines are used for whole body vibration training and they can help many different health conditions because you do not have to use it for long periods of time to get an effective workout and to see beneficial results. Any additional money raised will go towards providing more one-to-one sessions to the people who really need it. Read more
